BodyRev's Product Warranty

Our Warranty.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from our website, you may return it to us within 30 days of your purchase and receive a refund of the full purchase price paid, less shipping and handling.  In addition, we warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.  If you discover any such defects during this period, you may return the defective product to us for a refund or replacement.  This warranty covers only the original purchaser of a product.

Limited Product Warranty.  BODYREV, LLC PROVIDES THE ABOVE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES AND REMEDIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BODYREV DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BODYREV EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, CLAIMS THAT ARE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR, PRODUCT MISUSE, ABUSE AND/OR MODIFICATION.

Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state or province to state or province.  No BodyRev reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
